Background notes: Otto is a series of few words. Most of the strips are pantomime, but occasionally there is a bit of text to make the gags work. The series was one of the series to break thru by running in the Danish Free Comics, a series of free comics financed by advertisements, showcasing some of the Danish talents in comics. So far, Otto has been published in two collections Memento Moro and In Absentia and has been shown in the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten.
