Something Borrowed (2011)
The basic storyRachel and Dex have known each other since they started at law school, and Rachel has been in love with Dex a long time. Unfortunately she never did anything about it, and now Dex is going to marry Rachel's best friend Darcy.
Then after Rachel's thirtieth birthday party, a series of events ends up with Dex sleeping with her, and from there, bottled up emotions start to get out of control. So does Dex and Darcy's wedding plans. Will he marry Darcy as planned or follow his heart and be with Rachel?
How was it?
Cute! Not bad, but not that good either. It's a romantic comedy, predictable and with no new angles or ideas. In a love story, where you know who is going to end up as a happy couple, it is the journey there, that makes the story worth while, and this just went through the motions.
If you haven't seen it and there is nothing else on the TV, it is okay, but it is not the kind of movie you want to watch again and again.
