Story: This Supreme came into existence in 1996, as yet another Supreme. His story past and present are written simultaneously meaning that many of his adventures are unknown to him until he either read about them or someone tells him [1].

One day in 1925 [9] when Ethan was a kid he was out playing with his dog radar. While out in the woods he found a meteor, which he went down to play with. Radiation from the meteor, however, made him sick and he collapsed at the bottom of the crater. Radar found the boy and pulled him to safety. The radiation from the meteor made both Ethan and Radar sick for a while, but they both got well again after a while. Both Ethan and Radar got white hair and super powers when they got well again. When Ethan's parents discovered his superpowers they raised him to be a super hero and to be the protector of Littlehaven, the town in which he grew up [2].

While growing up in Littlehaven he operated as Kid Supreme fighting evil geniuses like his archenemy Darius Dax and attended school as Ethan Crane. When he had become a young man he left Littlehaven, changed his name to Supreme and build his fortress in space, The Citadel Supreme. Upon leaving his hometown, Professor Erwin Wells revealed that he knew about the supremium meteorite and knew that Ethan was Kid Supreme [2].

When Ethan had grown up to be a young man, his parents adopted the girl Sally [2]. On her birthday in 1958 a figure radiating supremium fell from the sky. The creature revealed that the nature of supremium was the ability to alter reality. The radiation altered Supreme's appearance several times and gave Sally powers like Ethan's [4]. The figure turned out to be Darius Dax from the future [9].

Ethan moved to Omega City where he continued as Supreme and got a job at Station K-ZAM with his childhood girlfriend Judy Jordan until WWII where he joined the army [2].

In the forties Supreme was a part of the Allied Supermen until they disbanded in 1950 [7]. When the Allies stared in 1960, Supreme was a part of the group until they disbanded in 1967 [3].

In 1969 Supreme went into space for various reasons. In 1971 he met Jack O'Lantern on Amalynth a crystal planet. During the following fight, Supreme breached the fabric of reality and lost his memory. He wandered in space regaining his memory until the early nineties where he returned to Earth [8].

When Supreme came home he began looking into his past and tried to build a future. He rescued Radar and Suprema [5], and when he found out that his old friend Professor Night's soul had been taken [6] he gathered a new Allies team to rescue Professor Night and Twilight [8].

One of the things Ethan found out when he came into existence was that he worked as penciller on Omniman at Dazzle Comics [1]. One day, shortly after Ethan started his life, the writer on Omniman quit and Diana Dane took over as writer [Supreme (vol. 2) #44]. As their professional relationship progressed they also developed feelings for each other and became lovers. Knowing that secrets would be fatal to the relationship Ethan subsequently revealed that he was Supreme [10-12].
