Story: Michael Stone's life started out as a normal life with a wife and two kids. What happened to his has not been revealed, but at some point it caused the death of his wife [2].

In the early seventies Michael Stone created New Haven in the northern Canada. New Haven was a refuge for nu-gene active to get away from the world [2].

When Quantum broke out of prison [5] he went to New Haven only to find that the place had been destroyed and the inhabitants killed [2]. The killers were revealed to be the Brotherhood of Man, whom he destroyed, resulting in his own recapture [1].

When the Keep attacked Earth, Quantum was freed and became part of Earth's defense [4]. Quantum was the one to defeat Imperion the leader of the Keep and stop their harvest of Earth's nu-gene active. Having defeated Imperion, Quantum was now the leader and went into space with the Keep when they left the Earth [3].


Skills & abilities: Quantum can tap into the Earth's magnetic field, giving him flight and super-strength [2].
