Background notes: After Roger Hargreaves' death in 1988, his work on Mr. Men and Little Miss was continued by others like his son Adam Hargreaves. One of the continuations was a number of French books by Evelyne Lallermand (story) and Colette David (art). Monsieur Bagarreur, meaning Mr. Rowdy/Mr. Scrappy, has not been translated to other languages, but has been seen as merchandise, a small plastic figurine to be exact.
