Story: Black Betty was the assistant of the sorcerer Jeremiah Cain, but something happened to Cain and Betty ended up a StormWatch operative [WorldStorm #1]. She had been Cain's apprentice since she was 16, and at the time of her joining StormWatch she was looking after his body while his soul/consciousness was trapped somewhere off world [StormWatch PHD #4] and teaching metaphysics at Hudson University [StormWatch PHD #1].


Powers: Betty is a skilled in the ways of magic but is not a able to do magic.
